Taylor Carlucci

Taylor Carlucci (née Smoske) is an associate in Hahn Loeser’s Trusts and Estates Practice Area, where she focuses her practice on probate and fiduciary litigation, estate and trust administration, and estate planning. Taylor is licensed in both Ohio and New York.

Probate and Fiduciary Litigation

Taylor specializes in handling adversarial probate matters, including contested trust and estate administrations, will and trust contests based on claims undue influence, lack of capacity, duress, and fraud, fiduciary litigation and breaches of fiduciary duty, and many others. Taylor both prosecutes and defends these claims on behalf of her clients, and also counsels clients in the early stages of trust and estate administration to avoid later litigation amongst family members.

Trust and Estate Administration

Taylor is experienced in the administration of both probate and non-probate assets, and has administered estates in roughly a dozen counties in Ohio. Taylor counsels clients, whether fiduciaries or beneficiaries, through the probate process to ensure a timely and transparent administration.

While not in the office, Taylor stays engaged in Cleveland’s legal community through speaking engagements and memberships in numerous Bar Associations and professional organizations. Taylor is passionate about her work and is always seeking to build her knowledge base in order to provide exceptional service to her clients.
