After law school, Taylor clerked for Judge Roger M. Young, Sr., who was the Chief Judge for the Ninth Circuit (Charleston and Berkeley County) and Fourteenth Circuit (Hampton, Colleton, Allendale, Jasper, and Beaufort County). He spent the next six years practicing law at a large Lowcountry personal injury and workers compensation firm. When not in the office, Taylor enjoys boating and trying new restaurants with his family.
