His academic path began at Christopher Columbus High School, continued through a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Miami (1993) and culminated in a Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law (1996). Today, he focuses primarily on workers’ compensation defense, specializing in representation of self-insured companies, governmental entities, carriers, and uninsured employers. His areas of expertise otherwise extend into labor, employment and real estate law. The son of Cuban immigrants, Mr. Falcon is fluent in both Spanish and English.
