Thomas W. Gallagher

THOMAS W. GALLAGHER, born in Chicago, received his B. S. degree from Xavier University and his J.D. degree from the Chase School of Law at Northern Kentucky University. He is admitted to the bar in Ohio; U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio; U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth District; the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Claims. He has served on the Toledo Bar Association's Federal Court, Appeals Court, Common Pleas Court Committees and Bench Bar Committee. He is a member of the Ohio State and Lucas County Bar Associations, Toledo Area Trail Lawyers Association, a sustaining member of The American Association for Justice, and is a past trustee of the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers. He has served on the Medical Malpractice Committee for the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers and lectures in the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury trial and insurance law.
