Thuy Bui defends manufacturers and health and life science companies in product liability litigation throughout the United States. She represents clients in state and federal courts in cases involving medical devices, prescription medications, and over-the-counter medicines. Thuy also handles matters involving alleged injuries from exposure to asbestos-containing products.

In addition to product liability defense, Thuy represents financial institutions, retailers, and individuals in commercial litigation matters.
