Tim Bullock

Tim Bullock is a seasoned trial attorney with over 20 years of experience in state and federal courts, representing clients in Colorado, and New Mexico and Tennessee. With a reputation for navigating complex legal issues, Tim handles a broad range of civil and professional matters, including estate planning, real estate, consumer law, bankruptcy, probate and professional license defense. His advocacy has resulted in significant jury verdicts and settlements for clients in cases involving personal injury, insurance bad faith, and negligence.

Tim’s legal practice is enriched by a diverse background in construction and real estate. Before practicing law, he worked as a brick-layer, contractor and property developer, overseeing projects including new construction, remodeling, relocation of buildings and subdivision. Tim's practical experience in real estate law, including title disputes, zoning, and construction conflicts form a diverse background which can help his clients. Tim is licensed in the 6th and 10th Circuit Court of appeals and has presented oral arguments in the latter forum.

Beyond his legal practice, Tim served on various non-profit, governmental boards, served as an elected city councilman and taught economics as an adjunct professor at East Tennessee State University. He is an active member of the New Mexico, Colorado, and Tennessee Bar Associations.
