Timothy R. Ryan

Timothy R. Ryan is a partner at Chapdelaine, Ryan, and Associates, bringing over eight years of legal experience across multiple practice areas. Admitted to practice in Massachusetts and the Federal District Court of Massachusetts, he is dedicated to delivering diligent, responsive, and strategic legal representation to his clients.

Attorney Ryan’s practice encompasses real estate transactions, estate planning, and civil litigation. He has successfully guided clients through property purchases and sales, as well as the drafting of trusts, wills, and other essential estate planning documents. In litigation, he has handled a wide range of civil matters, including estate disputes, motor vehicle cases, landlord-tenant conflicts, civil defense, and personal injury claims. Whether negotiating settlements or advocating in the courtroom, Timothy takes a comprehensive approach to protecting his clients’ interests.

A graduate of Suffolk University Law School, Timothy earned his Juris Doctor in 2016 and was recognized with the Jurisprudence Award for Labor Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in English, summa cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where he minored in History. His professional excellence has been recognized through his selection as a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2021 to 2024.

Born and raised in Lynn, Massachusetts, Timothy remains actively engaged in the local legal community as a member of the Greater Lynn Bar Association.
