Timothy Travis Corbo

Mr. Corbo brings invaluable public sector experience to the firm representing and advising clients on all aspects of matrimonial law.

Before entering private practice, Mr. Corbo worked exclusively in the public sector clerking for prominent state court judges in both New York and New Jersey. For nearly the past decade, Mr. Corbo served as Principal Court Attorney to the Honorable Matthew F. Cooper, J.S.C. in the Supreme Court, New York County. In this dedicated matrimonial Part, Mr. Corbo assisted in the adjudication of a wide range of high conflict and high net worth matrimonial matters including, custody, spousal maintenance, child support, and equitable distribution. For the six years prior, Mr. Corbo clerked for the Honorable Charles E. Ramos, J.S.C. (ret.) in New York County’s Commercial Division, who presided over a large docket of complex commercial business disputes. And finally, Mr. Corbo spent a year clerking for the Honorable William R. Delorenzo, Jr., J.S.C. (ret.) in New Jersey’s Bergen County Justice Center, a busy post-judgment matrimonial Part.

During his public sector career, Mr. Corbo helped pen countless judicial decisions, many of which have been published in the New York State Reporter and the New York Law Journal.

Mr. Corbo rescues senior canines with his wife, Victoria, and lives in Park Ridge, New Jersey.
