Travis L. Huehlefeld

Travis focuses his practice on commercial real estate, representing developers, investors, landlords, and tenants in the acquisition, disposition, development, leasing, and financing of a broad range of real estate assets, including industrial, retail, multifamily, office, and master planned community projects throughout Texas.

He also advises clients on zoning, platting, vested rights, property owners’ associations, restrictive covenants, easements, entity formation, and corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining Wilson Cribbs + Goren in 2017, Travis practiced in the corporate department of Duane Morris in Houston, where his practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, securities, and corporate governance.

Travis earned his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in 2015, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Houston Law Review. He received his B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of North Texas in 2012. Outside of his practice, Travis enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters and is an avid musician.
