Tychanika Kimbrough

Tychanika "Tycha" Kimbrough is the Founding Attorney and CEO of Kimbrough Family Law, a leading Texas divorce and family law firm providing concierge-level, results-driven representation throughout Austin, Houston, San Antonio, Round Rock, and surrounding areas. Under her leadership, the firm operates with a straightforward mission: clients come first.

Tycha represents professionals, business owners, and individuals navigating challenging family law matters, including divorce, child custody, property division, modifications, and enforcement actions. Her approach is both thoughtful and proactive, focused on solutions that protect what matters most while helping clients build a foundation for long-term stability.

A licensed Texas attorney, Tycha is known for her fearlessness, extensive legal knowledge, and compassionate approach to advocacy. She is deeply committed to safeguarding her clients' children, assets, and peace of mind. Her dedication to family law also earned her the opportunity to serve as a Family Law Adjunct Professor at Baylor Law School.

Tycha earned her Juris Doctor and Professional Certificates in Family Law and Criminal Law from Baylor Law School. She graduated with high honors from Texas State University, earning a Bachelor of Public Administration. During law school, she gained valuable experience interning for the Honorable Judge Hoffman at the 68th Judicial District Court, the Honorable Justice Alvarez at the Fourth Court of Appeals, the McLennan County District Attorney's Office, and Greater Waco Legal Services. After graduating, she expanded her legal knowledge while working at a personal injury law firm.

Tycha's passion for community organizing and activism began at a young age. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, networking, traveling, cooking, and blogging.
