Also acknowledged in two other books, "Chain of Blame" and "Unreal Estate," arising out of her representation of Sally Arnall, former spouse to Ameriquest subprime industry billionaire Roland Arnall - after reopening their divorce to challenge a mediated agreement. Also is lead trial counsel and co-appellate counsel for Nina Ritter (In re Marriage of Armour and Ritter 2010 WL 2114052 (Cal.App. 2 Dist.) unpub., reversed and obtained a favorable trial court decision acknowledging a father's right to parent his young children (who suffered the tragic loss of their mother), without undue influence - found to be detrimental - from maternal grandmother. (In re Marriage of Dorn, L.A.S.C. BD 478403.) Reported decision, below.
