Vikram O. Kadiri

Vikram “Vik” Kadiri is an associate in the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group who is known for being responsive and adaptable. He represents businesses across various industries, throughout their lifecycles, from formation and corporate structuring to financings and liquidity events. He also helps businesses navigate through mergers, acquisitions, conversions, SEC and Blue-Sky filings, and other complex corporate transactions. For M&A transactions, he advises businesses on due diligence issues and provides analysis for deals ranging from $10 million to $300 million.

Vik also advises international and domestic companies as outside general counsel on regular business transactions, corporate governance, securities-related issues, and regulatory matters.

As a part of his corporate work, Vik also assists businesses that are looking to recruit individuals with extraordinary ability with applications through U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), including EB-1 and O-1 visas, as well as handling other general workplace immigration and visa issues. He has significant experience with the Corporate Transparency Act, and has presented on topics related to corporate, entertainment, and immigration law.
