Scott Russell established The Law Offices of W. Scott Russell, LLC building upon a solid foundation of legal experience after graduating from Xavier University in 2001, and The University of Dayton School of Law in 2004.

With a career spanning over 20 years, including valuable experience at prestigious Cincinnati and Warren County law firms, Mr. Russell brings a wealth of knowledge and a compassionate approach to every case.

After more than two decades of dedicated practice in family law – including more than four years as a family law Magistrate in Warren County – Mr. Russell returned to private practice with a renewed mission: to offer his clients the insight, strategy, and support they need during some of life’s most challenging transitions.

During his time on the bench, he heard and decided hundreds of cases involving divorce, custody and child and spousal support, Civil Protection Orders, and post-decree modifications.
