W. Walker Moss

Walker Moss is a shareholder in the Birmingham (AL) office of Carr Allison. His practice concentrates on defending personal injury claims for retail and hospitality clients, including premises liability cases, negligent security cases and general litigation related to this industry. Walker also defends clients against claims for workers’ compensation benefits and labor and employment-related issues. He practices regularly in both state and federal courts. He often advises clients on pre-litigation matters, from investigations to evidence-preservation issues.

Walker earned his Bachelor of Arts in business from Auburn University (AL), his Master of Business Administration from Samford University (AL) and his Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University (AL). He is a member of the Alabama State Bar and is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Alabama. Walker is a member of the Alabama Workers’ Compensation Organization, the Birmingham Bar Association and the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association (ADLA).

Walker has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® since 2021 in the area of personal injury defense litigation.

Walker was born and raised in Birmingham. He and his wife have three children and are active members in their church. Outside of work, Walker enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors.
