Warren L. Gooch

Warren Gooch received his undergraduate degree firm The University of Tennessee with high honors and has practiced law with the firm of Kramer Rayson LLP since completing his legal education at the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1977.

He established the firm's health law practice in 1987 and has extensive experience in health care law, including regulatory, administrative, litigation and transactional matters.

He is a member of the American Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, American Health Lawyers Association and the Tennessee Hospital Association. He was a Charter Member of the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization and he is listed in the administrative laws section in The Best Lawyers in America. Best Lawyers named him Lawyer of the Year in 2012 for Healthcare Law and City View named him Top Attorney in the categories of Administrative Law and Health Care Law for 2011 and 2012.
