About Whitney L. Warren
Whitney L. Warren is a civil litigator with extensive experience in complex insurance litigation, products liability defense, professional liability, personal injury, business disputes, first party claims, and appeals.
Representing clients from pre-suit investigation through appeal, she will assist her clients every step of the way. This includes litigation strategy, analysis of legal issues across multiple jurisdictions, assessment of client's potential exposure, and ultimate implementation of the defense plan.
A Texas native, Whitney earned her bachelor's degree, cum laude, in Hospitality Management, with a minor in Business at Boston University before returning to Dallas to attend Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. While attending law school, Whitney was selected as a Managing Editor on the International Law Review, served as treasurer for the American Constitution Society, and was a volunteer mentor for first year law students. Whitney additionally volunteered at the Dedman School of Law Civil Clinic where she assisted underserved clients in a variety of matters.
After graduating cum laude, Whitney was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2013. She is additionally admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Southern, Western and Eastern Districts of Texas. She continues her involvement in the Dallas community through the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers and the Dallas Bar Association.
