William B. "Kip" Darwin joined Holcombe Bomar after graduating from law school in 1990 and became a shareholder of the firm in 1995. Kip has been a litigator since 1990 and has primarily represented corporations and individuals named as defendants in lawsuits. Kip enjoys the challenges of a diverse litigation practice. He strives to achieve the best results possible for his clients, while also maintaining strong, positive relationships with the judiciary and other members of the Bar.
