William Johnson Halliday

Will Halliday is a member of the firm’s corporate practice. He assists his clients with all types of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (both buy- and sell-side) and equity and debt financings (both company- and investor-side). He also advises his clients on corporate governance, start-up and entity formation and general corporate issues. Will has worked with both established and early-stage companies operating in a wide variety of industries, including technology, government contracting, real estate, retailing and financial services.

Will received his Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Virginia. Before attending law school, he worked in Citigroup’s Corporate & Investment Bank, where he assisted clients on debt and equity offerings and mergers and acquisitions. Will leverages his background in corporate finance to better understand and accomplish his clients’ goals as they undertake strategic and capital-raising transactions.
