Early in his career, Yousef worked with one of the largest American multinational law firms in the world—based in its Abu Dhabi office in the United Arab Emirates—handling a variety of matters including commercial disputes and advising foreign companies on foreign direct investment and legal structuring into the region.

Yousef continues to represent a myriad of clients (as plaintiff and defendant) in high damage and exposure litigation involving corporate and construction matters.

Previously in his career, Yousef committed a portion of his practice to helping small to medium sized businesses and young entrepreneurs with expansion, development, acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. In addition to his work as a litigation and arbitration lawyer in Detroit, he still enjoys counseling and advising small businesses and entrepreneurs in their journey to grow.

Yousef graduated magna cum laude within the top 5% of his class from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan where he earned numerous academic awards and distinctions through his law school career.
