Anita has advised on Delaware and Cayman fund structures for real estate and technology-focused funds targeting Southeast Asian markets. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Anita practiced at leading law firms in Hong Kong and Taiwan, where she handled a wide range of cross-border corporate transactions. She has substantial experience in initial public offerings and secondary listings in Hong Kong, and has guided private equity funds and their portfolio companies on pre-IPO restructurings and post-listing compliance matters.
