Zachary Ball

As a founding partner at Ball Morse Lowe PLLC, Zach focuses his practice on oil, gas, and energy matters, business law, and Real Estate Law, serving clients in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and across the region. He approaches each matter with an appreciation for his clients’ time and resources, working to provide practical, efficient, and cost-conscious legal solutions for complex legal and business issues.

Zach represents companies operating throughout Oklahoma, North Dakota, Montana, Wyoming, and other energy-producing states. His experience includes advising clients on regulatory issues, transactions, and operational matters within the oil and gas industry. He works closely with clients to help them address legal challenges and make informed decisions that support their long-term business goals.

In addition to his energy practice, Zach regularly assists clients with business and real estate matters, including commercial real estate transactions, lease negotiations, acquisitions, and divestitures. His work in Real Estate Law involves guiding clients through detailed transactions while helping them understand potential risks and opportunities associated with property ownership and development in Oklahoma.

Outside of his legal practice, Zach is a (recovering) two-time Ironman triathlon finisher, a hack golfer, and an avid fly fisherman. He serves on the board of Trinity Legal Clinic of Oklahoma, is the Past President of the Oklahoma City Real Property Lawyers Association, and previously served as Chair of the Real Property Law Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association.

An Oklahoma native, Zach grew up in Edmond and now lives in Oklahoma City with his wife, Christa, along with two delusional dogs and a conniving cat.
