Zeena Angadicheril represents clients on a range of real estate, business, and academic matters, with a focus on the financing, development, construction, and operation of sports and higher-education facilities.

Beyond her real estate practice, Zeena has deep experience advising public and private universities on governance and operational issues, including athletics, public information and records, student affairs, research integrity, and compliance with federal and state-specific regulatory requirements. She regularly counsels institutional clients navigating expanded offerings, seeking to align legal strategy with operational and governance objectives.

•Stadium, arena, and practice facility development, operation, and renovation, including lease and operating agreements, sponsorship and naming rights agreements, and complex development agreements involving public and quasi-public entities
•Sports and entertainment district planning and development, including coordination with state and local governments, economic development authorities, and community stakeholders
•Mixed-use, retail, office, and industrial development, from acquisition through leasing and stabilization to disposition, with experience addressing jurisdiction-specific land use, zoning, and regulatory considerations
•P3 delivery of university athletics, housing, academic, and research facilities, as well as transportation, transportation-technology, and energy district projects, including governance structures and long-term operational frameworks
•Institutional expansion, advising universities on legal considerations when entering new markets, including regulatory requirements, licensure, real estate strategy, and alignment with institutional policies
•University governance and compliance advising, including public information and records laws, procurement and contracting requirements, delegations of authority, and the interaction between system-level and campus-level governance across states
