After Mr. Hurley's retirement from the practice of law, Jennifer graduated from the University of Denver with a J.D. degree so that she can utilize her 24+ years of experience to continue to provide immigration services to employers and families as an immigration attorney.

Her immigration-related areas of experience are family-based petitions, naturalization applications, employment-based non-immigrant visas such as E-2s, E-3s, H-1Bs, L-1s, O-1s, and TNs, and employment-based immigration such as PERMs and I-140 Petitions.
