I have spent the last few decades of my career doing everything I can to facilitate out-of-court settlements.

While most lawyers will present their clients’ stories to opposing counsel through a written demand letter, we know that video footage is simply more powerful than the written word. We will tell your story visually through a professional settlement video.

A well-done video will differentiate your case from the hundreds of others that an insurance adjuster or defense counsel will be handling. If a mediator is involved, the video will educate him or her about the severity of your injuries in a concise, but impactful way.

We create these videos in-house, and they typically include interviews with our clients, their families, and their medical providers. We will also film our clients as they work through their injuries with their physical or occupational therapists. Before and after pictures are assembled to show how lives have been turned upside down. In cases of catastrophic injury, we will produce a complete “day in the life” video.

In our view, settlement videos should be the standard of care in the world of serious personal injury, but they are not. The value of a visual presentation of your case cannot be overestimated.
